Ministerul Finantelor gazduieste un grup de experti ai Comisiei Europene pentru evaluarea performantei managementului finantelor publice in Republica Moldova.

Echipa isi propune sa faca o evaluare independenta si profunda a performantei managementului finantelor publice, avind la baza autoevaluarea efectuata recent de catre Ministerul Finantelor si institutiile din subordine, informeaza MOLDPRES.

Potrivit Serviciului de presa al Ministerul Finantelor, criteriile evaluarii se vor face in baza unui cadru acceptat la nivel international, precum si monitorizarea cu regularitate, pe baza de evidenta de catre partile interesate locale si internationale. Prima evaluare a performantei managementului financiar public in Republica Moldova a avut loc in anul 2006 (pentru perioada 2002-2004), iar cea de a doua - in anul 2008 (pentru perioada 2005-2007).

How are the decisions made by the Chamber of Account being implemented? What are the main problems that hinder the process?  Have the officers who admitted to have abused their positions as managers of public property been held responsible for their actions? – these are the main questions which the authors of this study intend to answer.

On July 21st 2011, Transparency International - Moldova (TI-Moldova) launched the study “Monitoring the implementation of the Chamber of Accounts’ decisions: the case of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” at a common session with representatives of the national Council for Participation and the Club of Investigative Journalists. The study has been completed with the support of the Eastern European Foundation and financial resources granted by the Swedish Agency for Development and International Cooperation and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ministerul Muncii, Protectiei Sociale si Familiei a prezentat, astazi, foaia de parcurs pentru introducerea unei noi metodologii pentru determinarea dizabilitatii in Republica Moldova, elaborata cu sprijinul Programului Natiunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare (PNUD), transmite MOLDPRES.

Autoritatile publice locale de nivelul unu vor avea dreptul de a elibera autorizatii pentru desfasurarea activitatilor comerciale. Modificari legislative in acest sens au fost votate, astazi, de deputati, in prima lectura, transmite MOLDPRES.

Astfel, agentii economici din localitate nu vor fi nevoiti sa se deplaseze in centrul raional, sa piarda timp si sa cheltuiasca resurse financiare pentru perfectarea unui sir de acte, dar vor putea sa se adreseze si sa obtina autorizatii pentru desfasurarea activitatilor de comert in localitate.
